Fixed Type: Integrated welded structure with a bottom mounting bracket (4040 angle steel) for stable installation. 7. Impeller speed, motor power, or air volume can be customized to meet specific requirements.

Explosion-proof axial flow fans are designed for safe and efficient ventilation in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or dust may be present. The fan features a robust metal housing and high-strength blades, ensuring stable operation, large air volume, and low noise performance. Equipped with a fully enclosed explosion-proof motor, it effectively reduces the risk of ignition caused by sparks or high surface temperatures. It is widely used in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, and mining.
Installation and Operation
1. Before installation, carefully inspect the fan for any damage or deformation caused during transportation. Installation is permitted only after proper repair if any defects are found.
2. During installation, check that all fasteners and connections are secure. Ensure uniform clearance between the impeller and the air duct, without any contact or friction.
3. The connected ductwork must be independently supported. The fan housing must not bear the weight of the external duct.
4. An inlet collector (or bell mouth) should be installed at the fan inlet. A protective wire mesh is recommended where conditions permit.
5. The fan base must be mounted naturally and aligned with the foundation surface. Do not force installation by impact. During installation, level the base, use shims if necessary, and ensure proper horizontal alignment before tightening the anchor bolts.
6. After installation, conduct a trial run. The fan may only be put into service after confirming normal and stable operation.
