The dual-purpose LED explosion-proof emergency exit light is a high-safety, multifunctional emergency lighting device designed specifically for hazardous environments.

It combines two key functions:
1. Conventional exit indication: Under normal power conditions, it serves as a permanently illuminated exit directional sign.
2. Emergency lighting: In the event of a main power failure (such as a power outage or fire), it automatically switches to internal battery power, maintaining the exit indication function while also providing centralized illumination to illuminate the evacuation path.

A core feature of this device is "explosion-proof," meaning its housing isolates any sparks or high temperatures that might otherwise be generated, making it safe for use in environments with flammable and explosive gases and dust, preventing explosions.

Dimension&Installation

Precautions for Use

· Installation must be performed by qualified personnel.
· Before installation, check that the basic data listed on the explosion-proof sign light nameplate meets the actual operating conditions.
· Check that the compression seals and gaskets in the light's inlet are complete and intact.
· The grounding must be secure and reliable.
· All fasteners must be secured to prevent loosening.
· During operation, it is strictly forbidden to open the cover of the explosion-proof sign light while it is powered on.
· After installation or maintenance, ensure that the seals on the inlet are tightly compressed to prevent water from entering the light fixture, causing malfunctions or compromising explosion-proof performance.
· Inspect the inlet seal regularly and replace any signs of deterioration immediately.
