TZ1, with a durable steel shell, includes a ball plate, lifting gear, and manual controls for 350° horizontal rotation and 30° pitching. TZ1-A, in corrosion-resistant stainless steel, uses a base micro-motor for controller-operated movement, enhancing operational convenience.Both boast IP55 protection, 1000W power, and work with DC110V/AC220V. Dimension&Installation

1.Installation Location
The TZ1/TZ1-A wireless remote control searchlights should be installed in positions with unobstructed visibility, adhering to ship layout designs and marine standards (in line with relevant ship classification society requirements). Avoid areas with excessive vibration, water accumulation, or debris impact. The TZ1's steel shell and TZ1-A's stainless steel shell, along with their bases, depend on proper placement to preserve durability, corrosion resistance, and stable operation, ensuring optimal long-range illumination performance.

2.Electrical Connection
Electrical connection must be performed by qualified personnel. Ensure the power supply matches the specified voltage for the respective model. Secure wiring to prevent loosening and use cable glands compatible with the standard φ10-φ12 cable outer diameter. Note that TZ1 requires an electrical box when powered by DC110V .This maintains sealing to resist moisture and dust, protecting internal components for reliable operation.

3.Maintenance and Inspection
Regular maintenance is essential. Check the tightness of the spherical toughened glass reflector, functionality of the rotation (350° horizontally and 30° pitching for both models; manual operation for TZ1, motorized control via controller for TZ1-A), and integrity of the shell. Inspect the cable for damage and ensure the sphericity mercury xenon light (1000W) operates normally, verifying luminous flux consistency.
