Product Description

An explosion-proof warning light is a specialized lighting device designed to operate safely in hazardous environments where the presence of flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dust could lead to an explosion. These lights are engineered with robust construction and sealed enclosures to prevent any sparks or arcs from igniting the surrounding atmosphere. They typically feature durable materials such as stainless steel or aluminum and are equipped with specially designed lenses to maximize light output while ensuring safety.
 

 

 

01/  Aluminum Alloy Housing

Explosion-proof and anti-static. The aluminum alloy die-cast housing features an electrostatically sprayed plastic surface for corrosion resistance, anti-static properties, and impact resistance.

 

02/  Explosion-Proof Protection

Special glass and a thickened mesh cover prevent arc sparks from lighting from coming into contact with flammable gases and causing explosions.

 

03/  Energy-Saving Design

LED high-brightness lamp beads, LED chip energy-saving lamp beads have high brightness and are more energy-efficient than ordinary lamp beads.

 

04/  120 High-Decibels

The sound is clear and loud. The buzzer can reach around 120 decibels, giving people a timely warning.

 

 

Dimension&Installation

Precautions for use

· Installation must be performed by qualified personnel.
· Before installation, check that the basic data listed on the luminaire nameplate meets the actual operating conditions.
· Check that the compression seals and gaskets in the inlet are complete and intact.
· The grounding must be secure and reliable.
· All fasteners must be secured to prevent loosening.
· When the luminaire is in use, it is strictly forbidden to open the cover while it is energized.
· After installation or maintenance, ensure that the seals at the inlet are tightly compressed to prevent water from entering the luminaire, causing malfunction or compromising explosion-proof performance.
· After wiring, carefully inspect the flameproof surface for defects such as bumps and scratches. If qualified, apply 204-1 anti-rust oil.

· The product has internal wiring terminals. To connect, first unscrew the glass lampshade, then the white plastic base.
· For safe wiring, the cable ends are equipped with "O" or "U" type cold-pressed terminals.
· Connect at terminal 1.
· The product is polarity-insensitive and does not distinguish between positive and negative terminals (+) or (-).
· The buzzer is external and sounds simultaneously with the warning light (separate control is also available).
· This product comes with a 700mm cable for test lighting.

· Widely used as an aviation obstacle indicator on high-rise buildings, large facilities, and structures in large oil storage areas in the petroleum, chemical, natural gas, coal, aerospace, shipbuilding, marine, fire protection, electronics, railways, metallurgy, and pharmaceutical industries.
