Dimension&Installation

 

01/ Precautions for Use


·  Installation must be performed by qualified personnel.
·  Before installation, check that the basic data listed on the explosion-proof sign light's nameplate meets the actual operating conditions.
·  Check that the compression seals and gaskets in the light's inlet are complete and intact.
·  The grounding must be secure and reliable.
·  All fasteners must be secured to prevent loosening.
·  During operation, it is strictly forbidden to open the cover of the explosion-proof sign light while it is powered on.
·  After installation or maintenance, ensure that the seals at the inlet are tightly compressed to prevent water from entering the light, causing malfunction or compromising explosion-proof performance.
·  After wiring, carefully inspect the flameproof surface for defects such as bumps and scratches. If qualified, apply 204-1 anti-rust oil.

 

02/ Installation Wiring Diagram

· This product has internal wiring terminals. Remove the six M6 hexagon socket screws on the front cover to open the cover.
· For secure wiring, install a pin-type or U-shaped cold-press terminal at the end of the cable.
· Please connect the cables at the terminal block * .
· For products using an AC220V power supply, wiring does not depend on the wire color or polarity.
· For products using a DC24-36V power supply, connect the red wire to the positive terminal (+) and the black wire to the negative terminal (-).
· This product comes with a 500mm cable for testing purposes.
