 Explosion proof Linear Light Fittings for Fluorescent or LED Lamps. Single or dual lamps with toughened glass tubes and copper free aluminium lamp ends. IP66 rated with an optional emergency power backup.
 
The sealed polycarbonate lens, aluminum housing, and IP66 rating protect the fixture in industrial environments. Ideal for locations where ignitable concentrations of flammable gasses or vapors may be present under abnormal conditions. Install using the included stainless steel surface mount brackets or one of the additional mounting options available.

Linear Design: This fixture has a rugged linear design that can be mounted in hard-to-light areas.

Extremely Efficient: This explosion proof fixture emits a whopping 140 lumens per watt while staying budget-friendly.

Electrical components: the light source adopts the first-line brand LED light-emitting chip, with ultra-high luminous efficiency and an average service life of 100000 hours. The power supply adopts the latest wide voltage technology, with constant current output, short circuit, overvoltage protection and other functions.

Heat dissipation design: the radiator adopts integrated profile extrusion, with firm structure and excellent heat conduction and heat dissipation performance.

Explosion proof structure: it is designed in strict accordance with the national explosion-proof standard GB3836, with reliable explosion-proof performance, which fully meets and exceeds the grade and design requirements of the national explosion-proof standard

Optical lampshade: integrated injection molding of high-strength optical PC material, corrosion-resistant and impact resistant, light transmittance up to 95% ~ 98%, uniform and soft light irradiation and anti glare.

Protection and anti-corrosion: the surface of the lamp body radiator is anodized, the die-casting parts are treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying, and the screw fasteners are made of stainless steel, combined with high-precision processing technology. It has the characteristics of high anti-corrosion, high waterproof and high dust prevention, so as to meet the long-term normal operation of the lamp in various harsh environments.

3. What is explosion-proof light fixture?
Explosion proof lighting refers to lighting fixtures that are able to contain sparks that could potentially the flammable and explosive gases in the atmosphere. Therefore, explosion proof lighting does not refer to lighting equipment that are resistant to explosions but rather, the capacity to prevent external explosions from occurring in a hazardous location.
