3: Test
3.1 Dielectric strength: According to the 1005 method in GJB1217-1991, under normal temperature and pressure, between the conductor and the insulator, the test voltage (effective value) AC 1500V/50Hz, no breakdown or arcing phenomenon after 1min, super leakage current is less than 2mA. 3.2 Insulation resistance: According to the 1005 method in GJB1217-1991, under normal temperature and pressure, between the conductor and the insulator, the test voltage (effective value) DC 500V, Insulation resistance greater than 1000MΩ.
3.3 Contact resistance: Under normal temperature and pressure, when the male and female waterproof connectors are mated, the contact resistance is ≤10mΩ.
3.4 Salt spray test: According to the provisions of method 1001 in GJB1217-1991, the unmated connector is subjected to a sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 5% of the salt solution. After a neutral salt spray test at a temperature of 35±2°C for 48 hours, there is no corrosion affecting performance.
3.5 Waterproof performance: Under normal temperature and pressure, the male and female of the waterproof connector are inserted and the nuts are installed, and placed in 1m deep water for 4 hours. There is no leakage inside the connector. Water seepage phenomenon. Cool at room temperature and pressure for 30 minutes, and the test meets the requirements of 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3.
3.6 Separation force of contact piece: the separation force of single hole is 1.0-3.0N.
